1.1. Halaboost.com owned by (Halaboost for online gaming services), please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By using our services, you are accepting that you are aware of all the terms of use and the content of this document. If you have any concerns or disagree with the proposed terms of use in any way, and hence do not want to accept our terms, you are welcome to contact us regarding the issue so that it may be discussed.

1.2. Regardless of the actual reading of the text, if you:
1.2.1 create an invoice for payment for the services of the Site, then, in any case, you are considered familiar with the text of this public offer;
1.2.2 paying the bill for services of the Site, you are considered familiar with the text of this public offer and fully and unconditionally accept its terms, and all your opposite statements will be considered null and void;
1.2.3 in fact, you do not create and/or pay any bill for the services of the Site, but you do any actions to fulfill the terms of service, you can be admitted as the customer (with the subsequent obligation on your behalf to pay for the services), and you will be bind by rights and obligations according to the text of this offer.
1.3. All risks and responsibilities for not reading this offer are solely yours. 2. General terms of use.
2.1. Halaboost.com sells time in the form of service. We do not claim to be the owners or representatives of the trademarks, brands, and intellectual properties of others – they remain the property of their original copyright owners.
2.2. The process by which our service will be carried out differs depending on the game and service requested by the customer. All orders will be finished within a reasonable time frame. If we fail to meet your expectations regarding the quality and speed of our service, you – our customers, may contact us and request that another booster finish your order. We undergo serious internal procedures to deal with such situations, take measures to ensure we perform at the highest level on the market and also monitor all personnel on the Site.
2.3. All products and services available on the Site are delivered via digital delivery means such as email or in-game services.
2.4. The Site does not offer any physical products or property.
2.5. Halaboost.com does not guarantee that the descriptions of all or any products displayed on the site are 100% accurate. This is mainly due to the difficulty inherent with operating within a proposed time limit. However, we have done our best to explain the content on the Site and its services and correctly and realistically as possible.
2.6. Halaboost.com reserves the right to change or alter any of the Site’s content, conditions, terms, or policies. As well as our respective extensions, at any time and without notice. By using any service that the Site offers, you agree that Halaboost.com not be liable or accountable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
3. Boosting
3.1. Solo Boosting and any other boost services that requires our booster to log in into your account is provided by Halaboost.com to temporary access your account and character.
3.2. The process for boost will differ by game & service purchased. Refer to specific product information for details.
3.3. Your character/account will not be used to steal, harass, cause grief or involve itself in anything improper that will tarnish the reputation of your character/account.
3.4. Screen shots of your character/account are taken before and after any service for quality assurance purposes. Should you retrieve your account before screen shots are taken, HalaBoost.com are unable to entertain any complaints.
4. Payments
4.1. You shall be solely liable to make payments and applicable taxes, if any, in relation to and in connection with the usage of the Services (or any of them) through the Account, Halaboost.com shall have the absolute discretion to cancel any payment request made by you without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
4.2. Halaboost.com shall be entitled to vary or modify or remove the modes of payment available in Halaboost Portals at any time without prior notice to you.

5. Refunds Policy.
Purchases Eligible for Refund: All products and services purchased directly from our company on our platform are eligible for a refund under the conditions stated below.
5.1. Non-Started Orders (Boosting & Coaching): For orders that have not yet started, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the original price within 48 hours from the purchase. 30% will be retained as Administration fee. Please note that this policy applies to situations where our company has not yet begun to process or fulfill your order. This doesn’t include cases where the User’s failed to provide the correct data for the Sellers to begin the order (E.G: Filling Credentials in a Piloted service). In this case the refund request won’t be processed.
5.2. Cancellation of Service (Boosting & Coaching): If you wish to cancel a service that is ongoing, please contact our customer service. The refund amount for such situations will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, and any work that has already been completed will not be refunded.
5.3. Refund methods: Refunds will take place on the Monday following the refund request. The refund will be processed on the original payment method used to pay for the service or on the User’s Website Wallet if previously agreed with the Platform. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5.4. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the specified period mentioned in each category of our refund policy by submitting a ticket on your dashboard account or contact us via Discord.
5.5. Abuse of Refund Policy: We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any customer who is found to be abusing our refund policy by making repeated refund requests in bad faith.
5.6. Payment Gateway Costs: Refunds may be subject to transaction costs charged by the payment gateway. These costs are outside of our control and will be deducted from the total refund amount after the Administration Fees listed in point 1. Please note, these charges are the responsibility of the user requesting the refund and are non-negotiable.
5.7. Case-by-Case Basis: For situations not explicitly covered in this refund policy, we reserve the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis. Each of these decisions will take into account the unique circumstances of the situation and aim to be fair to both parties. Please contact our customer service to discuss such matters. The Administration Fee and Payment Gateway Costs listed in point 1 and 6 will still be in place.
5.8. Chargebacks and Payment Issues: As a customer, you acknowledge and agree that if a chargeback is initiated for a service that has already been completed, or if payment processing fails due to system errors (either on our platform or payment partners), the outstanding amount will be referred to a debt collection agency. You also agree to bear any additional costs associated with the collection process, including agency fees and other incidental costs that may arise due to the chargeback.
5.9. Changes to Our Refund Policy: We may periodically update this policy. We encourage you to review this policy whenever you make a purchase to stay informed about our refund practices.
6. Copyrights
6.1. Halaboost gives you a limited license to access the Site with the sole purpose to purchase or use the services and products offered for personal use only.
6.2. Halaboost does not permit without obtaining our prior written consent to do the following: downloading, reproducing, duplicating, copying any content of Halaboost.com such as (including but not limited to): product listings, descriptions, prices; using or framing any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information; using” hidden text” utilizing Halaboost.com name or trademarks; or any exploitation of the content for commercial or inappropriate purpose.
6.3. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Halaboost.com.
6.4. All software used on the Site is the property of Halaboost.com or its software suppliers and is protected by law.
6.5. All backgrounds and artwork found here on the front page and the front page slider are believed to be in the "public domain", or we have otherwise previously asked their respectful owners to use them for this purpose. We give credit to Riot Games and Blizzard Entertainment, Valve and Titan Forge Games, Cyberlore Studios, Epic Games and Ubisoft Montreal for the character artworks and any derivatives.
6.6. We do not intend to infringe upon any intellectual right. Our sole purpose is to give our clients the chance to evolve and grow in different games, providing them the opportunity to play in a more competitive environment and on the level they deserve. If your works have been used inappropriately on the Site - please make sure you contact us, and we will immediately fix the problem. Halaboost.com is firm on its stance that the original copyright holders of different pieces of art should be protected, and we will assist you in any way that we can to protect what is rightfully yours. We respect copyright and remove copyrighted materials as soon as we are notified of them.
6.7. Halaboost.com may also include links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. We do not operate or control any information, products or services appearing on or offered through these third-party sites, nor are we responsible for examining or evaluating these third-party sites, and we do not assume any responsibility or liability for any actions, products, or content related to these third-party sites.
6.8. Overwatch 2, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, StarCraft 2, WoW Classic, are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment Inc. 6.9. Halaboost is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games, or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends, Valorant and Teamfight Tactics. 6.10. Halaboost is not endorsed by Hi-Rez Studios and does not reflect the views or opinions of Hi-Rez Studios or any individuals officially involved in the development or management of Smite 2. Smite 2 and Hi-Rez Studios are trademarks or registered trademarks of Hi-Rez Studios, Inc. All other marks are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
6.11. Halaboost is not endorsed by the developers or publishers of Deadlock and does not reflect the views or opinions of those officially involved in the development or management of the game. Deadlock and its associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners. All other marks are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
6.12. Customers can contact the admins with demand to remove content that is their copyright.
7. Customers Duties.
7.1. You, as customer, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 13, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Halaboost.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove, or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
7.2. You agree to cooperate with any investigation of Halaboost regarding fraudulent or improper activities such as (including but not limited to):, false claims regarding non-receipt of products or services, fraudulent charge backs, stealing of property or ideas belonging to or entrusted to halaboost.com
7.3. Customers accept by using our services that they are aware and know what you are paying for, and that the Service you are paying for matches your in-Game information.
7.3.1 If there are errors in the information you provide when purchasing service from us may result in delay of your boost or reducing the number of wins/divisions/ranks that you paid for to match the correct information of your account.
7.4. Customers are allowed to post comments, ratings in our site. However, Halaboost.com reserves the right to remove or edit such comments if they are found to be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights of or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”
7.5. You agree to indemnify and hold Halaboost.com and its employees, harmless from any claims, demands, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
7.6. By buying our Service you are aware and accept that you cannot dispute any purchase with Halaboost.com after the Service is done or the service has been partially completed, and that you as a customer cannot violate the rules of Chargebacks stipulated in any payment method provided on the Site.
7.7. Customers accept the boosters reserve the right to change your in-game settings and specifics of the games we provide service for, so that they might perform to the best of their abilities.
7.8. You accept not to play any ranked games while your orders are in progress, or in any way attempt to hinder the progress of your order. If you don’t follow this rule, we reserve the right to mark your order as completed without refund or to finish your order after reducing your boost with the number of ranked games you have played. Exceptions can be made only for “per win” orders after consulting with your personal booster in advance. You are allowed to play unranked games on your account if the booster say so or you paused your boosting service.
7.9. Customers purchasing services for League of Legends, R6s, that have failed to add correct information about their LP gain will be required to pay extra in direct relation to the difference between the prices of the incorrect information and the accurate one according to our price lists.
8. Claims and Charge backs
We are committed to providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, any abuse of the chargeback process will not be tolerated. Please read the following carefully:
8.1. Refund Requests First: Before initiating any chargeback through your payment provider, you must first submit a refund request directly to us. Failing to do so may result in your claim being voided.
8.2. Unauthorized Chargebacks: Any chargeback submitted without first contacting us for a refund will be considered an abuse of the system and will lead to the immediate suspension of your account and future access to our services.
8.3. Investigation of Claims: All claims regarding payments or services will be thoroughly investigated. If a chargeback is initiated under false pretenses, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and report the incident to relevant authorities.
8.4. Final Decision: Our decision on refunds and claims is final and will be based on a fair review of the situation.
8.5. Customers agree that Halaboost.com will not be held responsible for any actions following our service taken by Riot Games or Blizzard Entertainment or Valve on your account, including, but not limited to suspensions, restrictions, banning or any further method of penalization. Refunds will not be given in these cases.
8.6. Failure to abide by our terms of use may result in a premature cancellation of your service or additional charges.
8.7. As a customer you recognize you are willingly violating the Terms of Service of any game by purchasing boost and/or providing account information to a third party.
8.8. The act of getting boosted and/or the methods used may/do violate the TOS/EULA for any game. Please consult the website of the game in which you play for the TOS/EULA you agreed to upon purchase and logging in.
9. Customer rights
9.1. Customers have the right to contact our live support at any time if a problem with their current or future order arises.
9.2. Customers have the right to monitor their order progress and communicate with their personal boosters for additional information on the website.
9.3. Customers have the right to request changing of their booster only if their current one is not performing at the expected level or is delaying the completion of their order for an unreasonable amount of time without excuse.
9.4. Customers have the right to rate, comment and give feedback on our service.
9.5. Customers have the right to pre-request booster that they like best. However, if the chosen booster is too occupied, we will switch it to someone else.
9.6. Customers with limited rights provided by Halaboost.com can view all parts of the Site (visible and available to clients) and are permitted to voice their opinions on them and in cases of errors, bugs, or inaccuracy of the information contact the admins to request maintenance.
10. Private boosting / Private Coaching
10.1. If our booster offer you service that Halaboost.com provides, without using the Site and you have proof of that, please contact us and receive up to 30% back of the order that the booster delivered.
11. Governing law
11.1. These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the UAE. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for any such disputes or claims.
